Training course “STOP Abuse. How to create a safe environment in a children’s organisation.”
Every organisation that works with children is a complex system in which dozens of adults and children every day do the challenging work of building relationships with each other. We want children’s organisations to be safe environments, free of bullying, emotional pressure, manipulation, fear and distrust, and we want everyone who is going through a difficult time to have protection and support.
Who is this course for?
This training course is for school principals and their deputies, psychologists, homeroom teachers, social care teachers and other members of children’s organisations who are interested in creating a safe environment.
Course objectives

This course is designed to raise awareness of the issue of child abuse, the methods and algorithms of uncovering abuse and other inappropriate behaviour towards children, promptly responding and creating a safe and friendly environment in organisations that work with children.

Course outcomes
You will learn more about the issue of abuse and other kinds of inappropriate behaviour towards children in children’s organisations.

You will discuss the signs of different kinds of abuse that can be seen in a child’s behaviour.
